Refund Policy

1. Voucher Purchases

  • Non-Refundable: All vouchers purchased on  yourprice.shop  can be redeemed for full value of the voucher for product partners on YourPrice. Shop. However, once bought, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If there is an issue with the code, please get in touch with [email protected] for assistance where we will reissue the code if it is genuinely invalid.
  • Voucher Validity: Each voucher has a set validity period, and customers must redeem the voucher within this time frame at the brands of their choice available on  yourprice.shop. Unused or expired vouchers are not eligible for refunds or extensions.

2. Buying a Product: If a consumer successfully acquires an aspirational product by naming the highest price, the product will be delivered as per the standard terms from the authorised seller of the product. Refunds or exchanges are not allowed for products bought through this process unless the product is defective or damaged and is based on the policy from the authorised seller(see below).

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Replacement Policy: If an aspirational product acquired through “naming your price” is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact  yourprice.shop  customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or repair with the authorised seller. However, this is completely dependent on the authorised seller’s replacement policy which will be published on  yourprice.shop .
  • Eligibility for Replacement: Products are eligible for replacement only if they arrive damaged or with a verifiable defect. Normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse are not eligible for replacement.

3. Policy Updates

 yourprice.shop  reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website, and any transactions made prior to updates will follow the refund policy in place at the time of the purchase.
